CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth and intentional experience for every guest, the following policies are in place. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this time and space🤍 BOOKING, CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY At Ethereal Eden Esthetics, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a calm, elevated, and personalized experience for each guest 🤍 To maintain the quality of care, time, and attention that goes into every service, the following policies are in place. DEPOSITS A 35% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your final service total. Because Ethereal Eden operates by appointment only, appointments are reserved exclusively for each guest, allowing adequate time for preparation and a calm, unhurried experience. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Ethereal Eden Esthetics. RESCHEDULING If you need to reschedule your appointment, at least 24 hours’ notice is kindly requested to allow adequate time for schedule adjustments and accommodation of other guests. With proper notice, deposits may be transferred one time as a courtesy to a new appointment. If another reschedule is needed after the one-time transfer, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reserve another appointment. CANCELLATIONS Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations, will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to additional fees. Last-minute changes make it difficult to fill reserved appointment times and can impact scheduled appointments for the remainder of the day. NO-SHOWS Missed appointments with no communication are taken very seriously, as that appointment time was reserved exclusively for you. In these cases: • The deposit will be forfeited • Clients may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service total • Future appointments may require full prepayment • Booking restrictions may be placed on future appointments Failure to communicate arrival delays, cancellations, or reschedule requests may also be considered a no-show at the discretion of Ethereal Eden Esthetics. ARRIVAL POLICY To ensure that every guest receives a calm and unhurried experience, clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If 15 minutes pass without communication regarding arrival, cancellation, or rescheduling, the appointment may be considered a missed appointment or no-show, and the No-Show Policy may apply. Arrivals beyond the 15-minute grace period may require the appointment to be canceled or rescheduled, as late arrivals can impact the remainder of scheduled appointments for the day. In these cases, the deposit will be forfeited. UPON ARRIVAL Ethereal Eden Esthetics operates from a private, appointment-based suite. Doors may remain locked to maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted environment. Upon arrival, clients are welcome to send a text message and will be welcomed in as soon as the appointment is ready. If another suite guest or tenant opens the door, a waiting area is available in the lobby until the appointment begins. GUEST POLICY To maintain a calm, clean, and relaxing environment for all guests, additional guests are not permitted during facial appointments 🤍 For sugaring services, one additional guest may accompany you if they are respectful of the space and appointment environment. Children are welcome in the lobby area with supervision; however, due to the nature of the services and limited suite space, children are not permitted inside the treatment room during appointments. Thank you for understanding and helping maintain a peaceful experience for every guest. ILLNESS POLICY If you are currently experiencing symptoms of illness such as fever, vomiting, flu-like symptoms, or anything potentially contagious, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment 🤍 To help protect the health and comfort of all guests, Ethereal Eden Esthetics recommends waiting at least 2 weeks after symptoms have resolved before attending your appointment. CARD ON FILE AUTHORIZATION By booking an appointment with Ethereal Eden Esthetics, clients authorize Ethereal Eden Esthetics to charge the card on file for applicable deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, or policy violations agreed to at the time of booking. By completing the booking process, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and appointment policies listed above.
